Wordspit | “Poets Haiku” Music Video Release Party
I must say, last Monday was epic. The only disappointment of the night was paying $13 and having to bag my own food for a Burger King value meal at a rest stop on the way to Manhattan NYC. Wordspit and his friends put on an amazing show that night. The room was filled with anticipation for the showing of his new music video “Poet’s Haiku”. The lights and cameras were out for him. If you missed this event you must try to make his next appearance. As always Wordspit brought an energy to the crowd that made them feel every emotion that he felt during each song. I took over five-hundred pictures that night, trying to capture every moment. The event was to big to be captured by photography or even video, this was an event that you needed to be there.
Along side of Wordspit were The Rocketeers who also put on an amazing performance. I was introduced to them before the show and was able to chat it up with them a little before they went on. They are some real down to earth dudes and they music is one of a kind. You might have heard some of their projects on some MTV video games, they also have gotten nominated by MTV as well.
All together this show was the best show I have ever attended so far. Great music, cool people, and everything started on time.
